Adult baby diapers

Adult baby diapers for adults

Adult baby diapers combine the desired look with features that are important in everyday life: fit, material, absorbency and reliable fasteners. Here you will find neutral and printed models for adult users.

Choose the right diaper

First decide whether you are looking for a discreet model, a foil diaper, a printed design or a particularly absorbent version. Then check the hip and waist measurements according to the manufacturer's instructions. The right size provides better protection than a generally larger diaper. You can find out more about this in Guide to ABDL diapers and in Size Guide.

Foil or Cotton Feel

Foil diapers offer a smooth outer layer and the classic crinkle, cotton feel usually looks more fabric-like and quieter. Both variants are available with different designs and suction strengths.
