Why are there no more diapers with foil?

Our online shop offers diapers with film from various manufacturers. Production of diapers with plastic film has been discontinued because the legislature amended the list of medical aids. The so-called PZN number, required for reimbursement through health insurance, is no longer available for diapers with outer film. All of our diapers in the shop now have a PE backing, which is a key purchasing criterion for many. The advantage of a film-backed diaper is that it has a high-quality print and is 100% waterproof, making it ideal for nighttime use.

Can I redeem a prescription for diapers?

Unfortunately, no prescriptions can be redeemed for our diapers, as there is no PZN for diapers with plastic film and therefore no billing with health insurance is possible.

Are Cloudrys diapers suitable for newborns and sensitive skin?

Yes! All Cloudrys diapers are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and free of chlorine, perfumes, or harmful chemicals. The soft hem protects even the most sensitive skin.

Why are some products sold out?

China is the largest producer of film-backed diapers. Due to container shortages and port closures caused by the coronavirus, delivery times and costs have been heavily impacted. Almost all well-known diaper brands—including Rearz, ABU, Tykables, Cloudrys, Little for Big, and Fabine—manufacture their products in China.

What is the scope of film-backed diapers?

Film-backed diapers are often used for severe incontinence. Many customers are accustomed to and prefer film-backed diapers. Our printed film-backed diapers are also popular for age play, diaper fetish, and ABDL.

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs within Germany via DPD are a flat rate of €5.90.

Shipping costs via DHL within Germany range from €6.90 to €11.90.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-6 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you.In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
